At the time, champagne towers were rarely seen at weddings. But Jennifer instinctively knew they were the perfect way to elevate champagne into a refined, shared experience. Within a year, leading wedding planners, event planners, luxury venues and renowned caterers began requesting her towers. Today, they have reappeared everywhere in the world.
