1. About these terms
These terms apply to all online courses offered by Drink The Moment.
By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand the nature of the training.
2. Nature of the courses
All courses are designed for educational and professional development purposes.
They are intended to share experience, best practices and refined methods for building and presenting champagne towers.
While every effort is made to provide clear guidance, results may vary depending on experience, environment and execution.
3. Responsibility and professional judgement
The execution of a champagne tower always requires professional judgement.
By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that:
Each location and situation is unique
Not every environment is suitable for a champagne tower
Factors such as surface, materials, weather conditions and surroundings must always be assessed by the participant
The participant remains responsible for deciding when, where and how a champagne tower is executed.
4. Use of the course content
The application of the course content is at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.
Drink The Moment cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from:
– individual decisions
– local conditions
– materials chosen
– execution by the participant or third parties
5. Liability
Drink The Moment is not liable for:
– material damage
– personal injury
– indirect or consequential damage
– damage to venues, property or individuals arising from the use of the course content.
Any potential liability is limited at all times to the amount paid for the course.
6. No guarantee
While the courses are based on extensive professional experience, Drink The Moment does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Success depends on multiple factors, including preparation, judgement and execution by the participant.
7. Refund policy
Drink The Moment approaches refunds with care and fairness.
A refund will only be considered if:
– All modules of the purchased course have been completed in full
– The participant provides clear photographic evidence of the damage claimed
– The situation is reviewed and determined to be the direct result of an error in the course content itself
Refunds are not issued for:
– execution errors
– unsuitable environments
– external factors
– decisions made outside the scope of the course guidance
The assessment of refund requests is at the sole discretion of Drink The Moment.
8. Personal access
Each course purchase grants access to one individual only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Drink The Moment is not responsible for the actions or outcomes of third parties who gain access to the course through the participant.
9. Intellectual property
All course materials are the intellectual property of Drink The Moment.
They may not be copied, shared or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Platform and availability
Courses are hosted on a professional third-party learning platform.
Temporary technical issues or platform unavailability do not entitle the participant to compensation or refunds.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted solely to the competent court in the Netherlands.
12. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully applicable.
