Hi, my name is Jennifer de Ru. You may know me from my passion for champagne, my champagne towers at weddings and events in Europe or from my sabrage videos. In 2020, I made a promise to an elderly champagne maker. To dedicate my life to continuing the centuries-old tradition of champagne in a modern way.
Today I am the preferred partner of high-end clients such as Hilton, Pulitzer, luxury castles and estates. Additionally, I work closely with leading wedding and event planners, caterers and hospitality professionals who create exceptional celebrations for their clients. I am an active member of the Dutch Wedding Industry Foundation and proudly carry the Wedding Specialist Quality Mark. I am also a member of La Confrérie du Sabre d’Or in the Champagne region, France.
